  6. Make separate suger syrup with 1 liter of water and 200 gm suger. Add brandy 90 ml for flavour.
  7. Now temper Dark Chocolate and keep aside.
  8. Take out the base of bread from oven. And sprinkle suger syrup on top
  9. Now apply tempered dark chocolate on top and keep in freezer for setting it.
  10. Decorate it with cream and temper white chocolate

Using a wooden spoon, or electric whisk, beat the mixture until smooth and well combined. In a large bowl, beat together the butter and sugar until pale. Add all the remaining sponge ingredients and beat together until well combined. This soured cream sponge is filled with a fluffy chocolate buttercream and coated in an unsweetened chocolate mousse icing. It's easy to make a simple chocolate sponge cake.
