To make mixed vegetable clear soup, heat the oil in a wok or a deep non-stick pan, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds. - Add onion sauté it make little brown then add mushroom, baby corn & lemon grass, sauté then well

- Once veggies get sauté add water & bring it to boil then add salt, pepper & herbs & cook on medium flame
- Once veggies cooked add cornflour & lemon juice & stir it continuously & add curry leaves, mint leaves & coriander leaves & cook till it get bubbles & then off the flame & serve hot
