- In a bowl, take 100g chocolate cut in cube, add 3 tablespoon cocoa powder, dilute the milk powder with 1/4 cup of water and put it in the chocolate, put 3 teaspoon of sugar and then heat it on a small flame.
- In the meantime the cake would be ready. Allow the cake to cool down a bit and then put the ganache on the cake.
- Put the dry ingredients in the wet mixture and mix either with your hand or with a spatula.
- Put the cake mix in your greased cake pan.
- Put the cake in the oven for 55 min checking it each time. If it ready before 55 minutes remove it.
- Decorate with the almonds.
