- And take a blender, and blend the soup mixture from the cooker one the pressure goes down
- And then transfer the blended soup into the sauce pan and heat on a low heat before serving
- Have this warm soup by garnishing with spring onions and with drops of coconut milk and dust with a bit chill powder or flakes
Sprinkle with coriander and serve with warm naan breads. Stir in the coconut milk (reserving a little to serve) and blitz with a handheld blender until smooth. Heat the oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the chilli flakes and ground ginger and fry for one minute, then add. Melt the butter in a large pan and cook the onion and garlic over a low heat until soft.
