  9. Take Literally ANY meat or your favorite sub works for this!
  10. Get * Dude. Garlic is to taste always! Your preference!
  11. Prepare ** Try Fire Roasted or Fiesta Style Corn! Delish
  12. Get ***I use Dark Red, Light Red, Black and Pinto in mine.Colorful!

This easy taco soup is a quick meal alternative to Taco Tuesdays or a last-minute potluck invite. Serve with desired taco toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, lime wedges, and Fritos® corn chips. The soup freezes and reheats very well. After adding the tomato juice, cool and freeze.

Instructions to make Taco Soup:
  1. In Large Pot add Meat, brown until almost done, drain fat.
  2. Add Chopped Onion and Minced Garlic, stir occasionally until onions are cooked as ya like and meat is cooked through.
  3. Add Green Chiles, Corn, Beans. Add Taco Seasoning. Stir well. Bring to boil, turn off and serve.
  4. Top with cheese, sour cream, cilantro, hot sauce, Corn Chips, Cornbread, etc.

The soup freezes and reheats very well. After adding the tomato juice, cool and freeze. In a large Dutch oven or pot over medium heat, heat oil. Taco Soup is everything you know and love about tacos….in soup form! A quick and easy hearty soup made with taco flavoured ground beef, corn and beans, first timers are always cynical but with one bite, they are converted for life!
