  15. Get 1inch " cinnamon
  16. Prepare 1 black cardamom
  17. Get 1 tbsp butter
  18. Get 1 tsp desi ghee
  19. Make ready 2+ 1/4 cup water
Steps to make Veggies Soup:
  1. Take out all ingredients and keep aside.
  2. On low flame heat a wok add butter n desi ghee after 10 seconds add ginger saute nicely for 30 seconds. For enhance the taste add bay leaf, cinnamon and black cardamom saute.
  3. On low to medium flame add all Veggies except tomato. Saute nicely until make crunchy. Now add tomato mix well and saute.
  4. Now combine salt and pepper powder mix well and mix 2 cup of water or according your taste. Mix well.
  5. Close the lid and boiled for 4-5 minutes on medium to high flame. In a bowl put cornstarch and mix 1/4 cup of water gradually,make lumps free slurry. Keep aside. Now take out the bay leaf, cinnamon and black cardamom.
  6. On low flame add cornstarch slurry gradually mix well. Now boiled for 2 minutes on low flame stir continously.
  7. Add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well. Turn off the flame.
  8. Healthy and Tasty "Veggies Soup" is ready to serve. Transfer into serving bowl. Enjoy!!
