- Stir in zucchini and cabbage and cook 5 min. until tender. Discard bay leaf. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Bring to a boil, lower the heat, cover and simmer for about an hour. Add water as desired while it cooks. Return the beef and any juices from the plate to the pan. Simmer the soup In a nonstick skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, breaking meat into crumbles; drain.
