Instructions to make Hot and sour soup:
- First cornflour dilute in 1 cup water
- Heat the oil in a pan add garlic, ginger than add green chilli and onion saute for 10 sec in high flame
- Than add all the chopped vegies like carrot, capsicum and cabbage saute for 1 min
- Then add cornflour water then add sauces like shezwan, red chilli and soy sauce mix it well
- Then add extra water for soup consitency as per u like thick or watery type in high flame
- Then add ajinomoto, Salt to taste and vinegar mix it well bring to boil then cook another one min in medium flame
- Hot & sour soup is ready to drink
- Serve with fried noodles
- Tip: soup cannot be boil more than 2 time because it is harmful for health
