- Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper

- Make ready 1 tsp sugar
- Make ready 1/4 cup spring onion white part

A very hearty and tangy soup full of mushrooms, tofu, and bamboo shoots. We've tried several recipes for this hot and sour soup and couldn't find one that resembled the one we liked at a restaurant. So, I made my own and I must say it is on par with what you'll find when dining out. - First prepare chicken broth:
- In a pot add water, chicken, spring onion, garlic, ginger, carlota nd black corn..
- After 15 min.. remove stem..
- Now cook for around 40 min on low flame or water reduce 2 glass..
- Now separate chicken bones and shredded chicken..
- And strain broth and set a side..
- Cut all veggies well.. (showing my machine through which I did cutting)
- Spring onion and coriander with knife.. chopped form
- Now in a wok heat olive oil and add chopped garlic..
- When aroma start add your chicken broth.. 1. NOTE: if you aur using steel pot.. then do this step in non stick wok and add 1 cup of broth.. then mix well and transfer this garlic mixture in remaining broth..
- Why like this? Because steel burn garlic and we do not want this.. we want to give garlic aroma in stock..
- Now add chicken cube and shredded chicken..
- Cover the lid and cook till boiling start..
- Now add all sauces: garlic sauce, ketchup, soya, chilli and vinegar..
- Along with salt, pepper and sugar..
- Mix well.. 1. Now add corn flour(mix with little water)
- NOTE: use wooden spoon for mixing.. (Steel spoon do not thicken your soup)
- Cook for 10 min..
- Now switch off the flame..
- Immediately add egg white (do not beat just separate yolk with white)
- Pour in circle direction.. wait 1 min then mix.. like this it give actual look to the soup 1. NOTE: do not thick your soup extra as you can see in restaurant it slightly liquidy in texture..
- Now add all veggies.. 1. Give a quick stir and serve hot..
- Serve with ready garlic toast and enjoyyy
