Instructions to make Bok Choy:
  1. Prep: chop and dice the Bok Choy; separating the leaves. Dice/slice mushrooms
  2. Heat oil and saute Bok Choy for 1 minute.
  3. Add leaves & salt; saute for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and stock; boil.
  5. Mix in sugar and corn starch. Serve!
