  16. Prepare 3 tbsp soy sauce
  17. Make ready 3 tbsp vinegar
  18. Take 8 tbsp cornflour
  19. Prepare 1 egg

Blend the cornflour with a little stock and add to the soup pan with the remaining stock and the sweetcorn. Scoop out each batch of chicken and put it on a plate. Add the onion to the pan if you are using it, and cook over a low heat until soft. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken.

  1. Sab se pehle ek pressure cooker pot ko medium-high flame par rakhen aur usmen 12 cups pani shamil karein aur sath hi 1 chotta slice kiya hua piyaz, lehsan ke jawe, adrak, darchini, sabat kali mirchen, laung aur namak shamil karein aur wristle ke baad 25 mins tak pressure cook karein.
  2. Flame off krden aur pressure release hone ke baad pressure cooker open karein aur yakhni ko strain kar ke chicken shred krlen.
  3. Ek pot ko medium flame par rakhen aur usmen yakhni shamil karein aur sath hi shred ki hui chicken bhi shamil karein.
  4. Ek ubaal ane par chop ki hui gajr, sweet corn, namak, chicken powder, kutti safed mirch aur kutti kali mirch shamil karein aur 10 mins tak pkne dein.
  5. Ab chilli sauce, soy sauce aur vinegar shamil karein aur mix krne ke baad 3 mins ke liye pkne dein.
  6. Issi doran 1 cup pani mein cornflour mix karein aur yakhni mein mix krte hue shamil karein taake lumps na bnen aur 3 mins ke liye pkne dein.
  7. Ab 1 egg ko phent kar soup mein mix krte hue shamil karein aur mazeed 2 mins ke liye pkne dein.
  8. 2 mins ke baad flame off krden aur grma garam soup serve karein.
