Saute onion and garlic in oil until soft. Stir in chilli powder, oregano, tomatoes, stock and water. In a large saucepan heat the vegetable oil. Once the onions have softened add the garlic and jalepenos and cook for another minute.

  5. In a large soup cup place some of the tortilla strips, and cheese then add the soup with 1 to 2 slices of avocado. Enjoy!!
