Cover and bring to the boil. Remove chicken from stock and set aside to cool. When the liquid comes to the boil, reduce to a gentle simmer and cover with a lid.

- Allow to simmer on stove too until zucchini and celery are soft.
- Once cooked, add lime as desired.
