Place broth, creamed corn, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, ginger, garlic and cornflour / water mixture in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil, then turn down the heat to medium and stir occasionally. Place cream style corn, water and stock in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add vegetables and simmer until just cooked.

- In a pot add chicken stock and bring it to boil.
- Add chicken, corn and peas to cook for 6 minutes then add capsicum,carrot,salt and black pepper and cook for 3 minutes
- Mix corn flour in water and add gradually.cook until desired thickness.

- Now add soya sauce, white vinegar, chilli sauce,black pepper as per your taste
