Blend the cornflour with a little stock and add to the soup pan with the remaining stock and the sweetcorn. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water.

  3. Scramble the eggs and add to the soup slowly and keep stirring on medium flame. - decorat with chop fresh green onion and corn and enjoy

Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Place broth, creamed corn, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, ginger, garlic and cornflour / water mixture in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil, then turn down the heat to medium and stir occasionally. Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred.
