Steps to make dad's chicken:
  1. Chop chicken into chunks and put in bag
  2. Add ginger, five spice and olive oil to bag and let sit in refrigerator
  3. Add corn starch and cover chunks
  4. Heat 1/2 oil in wok and throw in chunks in batches about 2 mins a side
  5. Drain off oil return cooked chunks to wok on high heat
  6. Add soy to wok and cover chunks stir constantly then add ketchup
  7. Add stock slowly and turn heat down
  8. Pour over rice
