Heat the vegetable and sesame oil in a wok or large frying pan until it very hot. Add the garlic and ginger and cook briefly, stirring all the time. This fried rice recipe uses leftover brown rice. Feel free to use cooked white rice, but make sure it's cold before making this dish.

- Place 1/2 cup of oil in a pan
- Add the habanero peppers, spring onions, and seasoning to taste
- Add your semi fried chicken, and toss throughly
- Add the onions, curry and chicken seasoning mix
- Toss for about 1 minute and turn off the heat
- Serve with the fried rice
This fried rice recipe uses leftover brown rice. Feel free to use cooked white rice, but make sure it's cold before making this dish. With rice, chicken, peas, peppers and onions, it's a good square meal. Heat a little more oil, add the stir-fry veg, curry powder and sweetcorn with a splash of water. Add the last of the oil to the pan, tip in the rice and chicken, mix well, then add the soy sauce, sweet chilli, ketchup, a splash of water and some black pepper.
