DIRECTIONS Sift flour and add baking powder, and salt. In separate bowl, Beat eggs and add milk and oil. Blend liquid mixture into dry, beat well until smooth. Transfer the chicken to a larger bowl and pour in the egg yolks, flour, cheese, spring onions, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Steps to make Chicken Balls:
  1. Chop up the vegetables finely, and combine with Chicken Mince, finely grated Ginger, Egg and Salt & White Pepper. Mix well until well combined.
  2. Boil Dashi or Chicken Stock. Using a tablespoon, drop the chicken mixture into the boiling stock and cook until cooked through. Season the soup as you like. I like to season it with Soy Sauce and Mirin.

Transfer the chicken to a larger bowl and pour in the egg yolks, flour, cheese, spring onions, paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together and then roll the mixture into balls using your hands. Using a large knife, roughly chop up the chicken, giving it some texture, then set aside. Roughly break up the bread into a bowl and pour over the milk, tossing it together, and set aside until the milk is absorbed.
