Put the vegetables, potatoes, and stock into a soup blender, and press the 'smooth soup' function. Make sure you don't fill the soup maker above the max fill line.   7. Now serve the stock hot with chicken pieces and all vegetables in separate bowls. Or you can mix all the ingredients in a stocks and then serve it hot.

Once the oil is shimmering, add the chopped onion, carrot, celery, seasonal vegetables and ½ teaspoon of the salt. Add the garlic, curry powder and thyme.
