Blend the cornflour with a little stock and add to the soup pan with the remaining stock and the sweetcorn. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water.

  1. Bring water to a boil- add in chicken and let it cook for 5 to 8 minutes.
  2. Remove the scum on top and then add in a can of cream of corns. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Now add salt, sugar, chicken powder and black pepper and finally thicken with cornflour mixture till you get the desired consistency.
  4. Finally add in beaten eggs - dont stir for few seconds. Then mix it well and dish out.
