Blend the cornflour with a little stock and add to the soup pan with the remaining stock and the sweetcorn. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water.

- Cut chicken breasts into cubes, wash and strain. Cut carrot and green pepper into cubes or julienne. Set aside. Slice the onion and dilute the cornflour in some water.drain the sweet corn,rinse and set aside.

Add the onion, ginger and garlic pastes and the fresh pepper then stir fry for 3mins.add the chicken breasts and salt and continue stirring until the chicken turns brown.add the carrot,stir for few seconds then add some water(depending on how u want the soup). Close lid and bring to a boil.add the seasoning cubes,curry, thyme and turmeric,stir.now gradually add the cornflour mixture and stir. Cook on low heat.
