Instructions to make Weight Loss Soup:
  1. Firstly add 2 to 3 pieces boneless chicken in a pressure cooker, then add 2 garlic pods, half onion (cubes), salt and water. Pressure cook it on a low flame for 4 to 5 whistles. Remove them in a bowl. Separate the chicken pieces & the rest smash it with your hand along with the chicken stew. Keep both the bowls aside.
  2. Now take a pan. Add butter to it. Once it gets hot add 2 grated garlic pods, chopped carrots/corn and onion. Mix them. Then add chopped red bell pepper, chopped yellow bell pepper, chopped capsicum. Add some salt & mix everything well.
  3. Then add chopped spinach. Saute them for about a minute. Then add shredded chicken pieces to it. Mix everything well & add 2 & half cups of water to it.
  4. Add sugar & salt and mix it. Now take a raw egg in a separate bowl, add salt & whisk it, add 2 tbsp of it into the soup & keep the rest aside. From the total 3 cups of water, take the remaining half cup of water in a separate bowl again and add cornflour to it. Mix it well with water, without forming any lumps. Add it into the pan & mix everything well again. Now finally add some pepper powder to it & mix it.
  5. Then again cook it for 2 more mins and serve hot. You can enjoy having it as mid-day/evening snacks or as a light dinner. This will definitely help you to lose weight and stay fit.
