Crumble cake mix in large bowl and mix in container of icing. Mix well (I find it is easiest to use hands). In saucepan over low heat or double boiler, melt almond bark. A cake pop is a cake ball on a stick, like a lollipop. Just poke a stick into each of them and then have them cool that way.
